How to obtain an NOC?

You can obtain NOC from the developer by submitting the following documents:

  • Copy of title deed

What is Form A?

Form A is an official document needed to advertise the property on real estate platforms. It is signed between the sellers and the RERA-licensed agency. Can I sell a mortgaged property?
